About the project:

After difficulties with a previous supplier, Comply Right tasked us with the fulfillment of their displays to hold tax forms in Office Depot stores. At a quantity of 1,000 displays, each containing a total of 231 pieces this project requires meticulous organization and execution. Though the exact quantities and combinations vary from year to year, each display begins with a sub assembly of all the various pieces and parts, which are stacked and stored until they are assembled to into full displays, which are also stacked and stored before they are packed down an assembly line. This year, each display contained 28 cells that had to be precisely filled with a designated combination of the 17 different forms that go on each. After packing, each display is prepped for shipping to one of seven different cross-docks where it will await shipment to an Office Depot store.
